Helpdesk

1. Click the wireless icon in the upper right corner of the screen, next to the clock
   
   
2. Click Network Preferences…
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Advanced… button in the lower right corner
   
   
   
   
4. Highlight the CUNESecure network
   
   
5. Click the - (minus sign)
   
   
   
   
6. The Network will be disconnected and no longer appear on this list
   
   
7. Click OK on the Advanced WIFI window
   
   
8. Close the Network Preferences window
   
   
9. Apply the changes
   
   
   

Reconnect to a network

1. Click on the wireless icon in the upper right corner next to the clock
   
   
2. Select the CUNESecure network
   
   
   
   
3. When prompted, enter the following:

1. Account Name: concordia
2. Password: concordia
3. Remember this information should be checked
   
   
   
   
4. Click OK
   
   
5. The network will connect again, this may take a few moments and you may need to trust any certificates it prompts for
