All devices connecting to Concordia's network must use Concordia's DNS servers. If your computer or device has custom DNS servers configured your device won't be able to access the Internet. Devices might have custom DNS settings configured for various reasons. VPNs, security applications, and content filters such as CovenantEyes sometimes use custom DNS settings. These applications are not supported on our network.
If you need help changing your custom DNS settings, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk and we'll be happy to help.
We realize this can be very problematic and frustrating in some cases. Our long range roadmap will address this issue but it is going to be a while before this is fully addressed.
