Follow these instructions to get your Concordia account setup and access resources like email, the Portal, Blackboard, etc.


  1. Open a web browser and go to office.com
    1. Click Sign in


    2. Type in your CUNE email address (firstname.lastname@student.cune.edu) and click Next


    3. Type in the temporary password sent to you (probably via WhatsApp) and click Sign in


  2. If the sign-in was successful, you will be prompted to set up an MFA method
    1. Click Next


    2. It will prompt you install the Microsoft Authenticator app. This works best, but you can use other apps that support Time-based One Time Passcodes (TOTP)
      Click I want to use a different authenticator app


    3. Click Next


    4. A QR code will be displayed on the screen; you want to scan this with your authenticator app (Do NOT click Next yet)


      1. In your authenticator app, tap the plus to add a new account


      2. Tap Work or school account


      3. Tap Scan a QR code


      4. If your phone asks for camera permission, says yes/grant/allow and point it at the QR code displayed on the computer

    5. Back on the computer, click Next and a verification screen will come up


    6. Enter the TOTP displayed in your phone's authenticator app (this code updates every 30 seconds, so watch the indicator to the left of the code) then click Next


  3. If the code was verified correctly, you will be prompted to update your password. This is broken at the moment, so please use this method for password resets/updates instead. 



After following these steps and resetting your password, you should be able to log into office.com and access other resources.
