To reset your password, follow these instructions.

 

  1. Navigate to the password reset site (These two are the same link. The short URL is just easier to type.)
  2. Enter your full email address:  first.last@student.cune.edu

  3. Enter the characters from the image (these are not case-sensitive)

  4. Click Next



  5. Select I forgot my password

  6. Choose an option to verify your account
    • Email my alternate email: this uses your cune.org Google account
    • Text my mobile phone: this was obtained from your student record or housing form
    • Call my mobile phone: this was obtained from your student record or housing form

      Note: These verification options can (and should) be edited on this site https://aka.ms/mfasetup
      If the phone number is incorrect, please contact the Registrar's office to update your student record


  7. Enter the information requested by the option chosen
    • Text or Call: enter the recovery phone number (area code and number without punctuation)

  8. Select Email, Text, or Call (depending on the method)
    • Text: enter the code you were sent on the next screen, press Next
    • Call: accept the call from 402-643-7100, listen and follow the prompts to approve

  9. After verification is complete, the screen will progress to choose a new password



  10. Enter and confirm the new password 
    • Passwords should be at least 14 characters
    • Include a special character, number, and capital letter
    • Avoid common words, like Concordia, CUNE, bulldogs, dawgs, etc
    • The best passwords are phrases you can remember

  11. Click Finish

  12. If accepted, you will see a confirmation that the password has changed

  13. You may now log in with your new password
