SurveyMonkey is a global leader in online surveys and forms. Concordia University, Nebraska has selected this Enterprise product as a tool for our campus community. This is meant to consolidate ad-hoc product subscriptions while extending the tool to other areas who need it.
Who is entitled to a SurveyMonkey Enterprise account?
All current faculty and staff may request an account, regardless of role. New users won't be given access by default. Access will not be granted without a request.
Current students may also be granted access when requested by faculty or staff. When the student has separated by graduation or other reason this access will be removed.
How do I request a SurveyMonkey Enterprise account?
A service request has been created for employees to request access to this license.
SurveyMonkey Enterprise License Access
Student accounts will be created by requesting a new workgroup for the class or organization. Students should always be associated with a workgroup administered by faculty or staff.

Can I move my existing SurveyMonkey contents to an Enterprise account?
Yes, existing account surveys and forms can move to the new Enterprise account. After the Enterprise account is activated, a prompt appears asking for credentials of an account to import. This should bring existing surveys and forms into the new Enterprise account.
How do I get training and support for SurveyMonkey?
IT Services is responsible for setting up access to this service and creating Workgroups for survey projects. All other support may be accessed from SurveyMonkey directly. This product has a comprehensive Help page along with other videos and webinars on their Resources page.
A community discussion board for the campus community is available from the ITServices Public Forum in Teams. An entire channel is dedicated to sharing tips and tricks for SurveyMonkey, so you can access the expertise of others using this tool at CUNE.
How can I collaborate with others?
SurveyMonkey utilizes Workgroups in order to collaborate with others to create and analyze surveys. These Workgroups must be created by an administrator and maintained by a member of the workgroup.
When access needs to change, the person who requested the Workgroup, or someone identified by that person, must make this change. These are not linked to existing Microsoft or Blackboard groups, though these may have been used to create them. Varying levels of access can be granted to Workgroup members at the discretion of the Workgroup administrator.
