All Toshiba multifunction copiers are under contract with a third party, called Bishop Business. This contract includes all repair and maintenance, including toner and paper replenishment.
Each device is assigned a contact person within Concordia University's staff. This individual will contact Bishop when service or maintenance is required. Please refer to this article to find the appropriate person:
When an issue is discovered, please reach out to the copier's designated contact person or contact Bishop directly.

PLEASE DO NOT:
- Power the device off
- Unplug any cables
- Move the device

- There is a bypass tray on the side for your own paper
- Attempt to clear any paper jams
