All Concordia-owned faculty and staff devices are backed up to OneDrive. OneDrive is backed up to our file server.
These are the folders we back up on each device:
- Desktop
- Documents
- Favorites (Internet Explorer favorites)
- Music
- Pictures
- Videos
- Anything else inside your OneDrive folder
It is very likely that you can restore the files from your OneDrive Recycling Bin. To do so, please see Microsoft's instructions.
If you are unable to find your file, we may be able to restore it from our backup. To request a file restore, fill out a request here. We'll need to know the file name, where the file was located, and the latest date you know the file was good from.
